Set desiner, graduate of the Moscow Art Theater School. Creates objects from everyday objects, showing their expressive plastic properties. The main technique is a collage made in a minimalistic manner, combined with street art techniques. Images of “Russian melancholy” are combined with digital aesthetics and brutal motifs. Film based on the novel by Olivier Guez follows the story of notorious Nazi doctor Josef Mengele during his fugitive years, from Paraguay to the Brazilian jungle.
The scripts covers more then 40 years in 20 century and has different locations. In Riga we created a real camp and city from 1939-1943. And in Uruguay we have to build a copy of real house of Josef Mengele.
